We invest and partner with small business owners to build extraordinary companies

Mission

We Seek

We pursue growth-ready companies with up to $5 million EBITDA.  We are most interested in firms that are loyalty leaders: they provide joy to customers, a meaningful culture and are led by managers with the courage to build impactful companies.

We Invest

We lead and co-invest in equity investments through recaps, acquisition or growth financings. We can be flexible in structure depending on the owners’ goals and are comfortable in either a majority or minority position.

We Partner

We aim to be a true partner: we become well-versed in the issues and opportunities facing management, and bring to bear a focused group of operating advisors and supportive network to help make the best decisions for long-term success.

We Build

We roll up our sleeves, whether recruiting managers, providing market analysis, developing cost saving initiatives, guiding compensation policies or acquiring a competitor. We commit to building your business.
